第一、測量范圍：分為納米級和微米級

第四、激光器：一般分為半導(dǎo)體激光器和HE-NE氣體激光器，半導(dǎo)體激光器優(yōu)點使用前無需預(yù)熱，使用壽命長，缺點是發(fā)光不穩(wěn)定，光斑可能不圓，氣體激光器使用前應(yīng)先預(yù)熱，夏季在15分鐘冬季在30分鐘左右，優(yōu)點是光斑圓，發(fā)光穩(wěn)定。
